About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Director – Copy, Campaign to join Xero’s Internal Global Agency. This leadership position involves defining and elevating global storytelling that shapes how small business owners experience our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Co-lead campaign concepting and define Xero’s verbal identity across headlines, scripts, and global brand narratives
- →Establish high-level creative standards and tone of voice principles in partnership with creative leadership
- →Mentor and grow a team of talented writers, fostering a collaborative environment
- →Refine global messaging through testing and data-driven experimentation
Requirements
- ✓Extensive leadership experience in creative or copy roles with a proven track record of leading global brand storytelling
- ✓Background demonstrating success in developing and mentoring high-performing creative teams
- ✓Exceptional writing and conceptual skills, able to switch between high-level strategy and detailed craft
- ✓Ability to translate complex briefs into simple, emotionally engaging narratives for senior stakeholders
- ✓Experience leading campaign development for global markets, balancing brand consistency with regional nuance
- ✓Familiarity with tech, SaaS, or B2B brand storytelling
