About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Consultant to join Planday, a company that helps businesses create perfect schedules for their teams. This role involves leading new customers through a comprehensive onboarding journey, tailored to their specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end onboarding for customers of all sizes, following Planday’s onboarding playbook and best practices.
- →Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely delivery, clear expectation setting, and strong adoption.
- →Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing customers.
- →Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to drive engagement and long-term success.
- →Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure customers go live successfully and on time.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- →Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes and systems.
- →Continuously develop product, market, and industry knowledge.
- →Act as a brand ambassador, representing Planday’s values, professionalism, and customer-first mindset.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role.
- ✓Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- ✓Excellent time management and prioritization skills across multiple customer journeys.
- ✓Empathy, patience, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- ✓Confidence using CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
- ✓A proactive, self-driven approach with an open mindset and willingness to take initiative.
