About the Role
We are looking for a Copywriter to join our team in the Australia and New Zealand region. This role focuses on shaping how Xero communicates with audiences across these markets through compelling written content.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and edit copy for regional campaigns and lifecycle journeys to drive customer conversion
- →Partner with The Hub to deliver creative ideas that connect across global markets while respecting regional nuances
- →Support campaign concepting to bring clarity to ideas that can scale effectively across the business
- →Use AI tools to augment and test creative output while maintaining a high standard of craft and brand consistency
Requirements
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating excellence in headline craft and both long and short-form storytelling across digital and social platforms
- ✓Proven ability to partner with designers and strategists to deliver work that is on-brief and polished
- ✓Ability to switch effortlessly between emails, scripts, and landing pages
- ✓Strong prioritisation skills and experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Background in tech or SaaS brand storytelling would be highly regarded
- ✓Proactive and resourceful, showing initiative to elevate everyday work through curious and creative thinking
