About the Role
XM is seeking a UI/UX Design Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in improving the look and usability of our trading platforms and web products. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced designers while contributing to real product design work.
Key Responsibilities
- βSupport the design team in improving the look and usability of trading platforms and web products
- βAssist with user research, creating wireframes, and basic UI designs
- βWork with design systems and learn from experienced designers
- βContribute to project success in a fast-paced, international environment
Requirements
- βFinal year or postgraduate student in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a relevant field
- βMinimum academic requirements (GPA 7.5/10 for Cyprus and Greece Universities, Degree classification 2:1 for UK Universities, etc.)
- βCopy of academic transcripts required
- βBasic understanding of UI/UX principles
- βFigma knowledge (wireframes, UI, prototypes)
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- βStrong communication and teamwork skills
- βAdaptability and willingness to learn
