Key Responsibilities
- βDevelop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue while remaining competitive in the market.
- βCollaborate with the Treasury and Liquidity team to streamline Payment Operations processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- βOversee relationships with payment service providers, banks, and other vendors to ensure reliable service delivery.
- βPrepare and present regular reports on payment operations performance. Monitor KPIs and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
- βEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements in all areas of Payment Operations related to revenue generation, anti-money laundering, KYC, and Consumer Duty.
Requirements
- β2-5 years of experience in a Payments-related role at a bank, fintech, EMI in an analytical or financial role, preferably in Treasury and/or Payment Operations.
- βBasic understanding of traditional banking rails (e.g. Faster Payments, Bacs, CHAPS, SEPA, Swift) is a must.
- βDetail-oriented and analytical critical thinker; advanced spreadsheet skills a must.
- βMotivated self-starter capable of performing under minimal supervision.
- βSuperb written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence without authority.
