About the Role
The Demand Generation Manager plays a critical role in fueling Xplor’s growth by turning smart ideas into high-impact programs that drive real pipeline. This hands-on role sits at the heart of the marketing team within the Fitness & Wellbeing vertical, focusing on end-to-end design and execution of segment-specific, multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape and deliver multi-channel, segmented demand generation programs that build awareness and move prospects through the funnel.
- →Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, tracking MQLs, TQLs, and conversion rates.
- →Design integrated campaigns using email, paid media, landing pages, content, events, and product marketing.
- →Own the campaign calendar, aligning with product launches and regional growth priorities.
- →Create clear, executable campaign plans defining audiences, messaging, assets, timelines, and metrics.
- →Partner with the marketing team to execute campaigns on time.
- →Execute segmented email campaigns, including audience segmentation, messaging, and lead campaign setup.
- →Build, launch, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta/Facebook.
- →Write and refine ad copy, headlines, and CTAs that resonate with target audiences.
- →Monitor and analyze performance across email, paid search, paid social, and integrated campaigns.
- →Build reporting around pipeline contribution, funnel conversion, ROI, and budget pacing.
- →Use tools like Salesforce, Pardot, PowerBI, and Hockeystack to track attribution and drive decisions.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in demand generation, campaign management, and multi-channel marketing.
- ✓Strong understanding of marketing automation and analytics tools.
- ✓Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook).
- ✓Ability to track and optimize marketing performance metrics.
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ✓Test-and-learn mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
