About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the successful deployment of our software solutions for clients. This role involves guiding customers through onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead and manage the implementation of software solutions tailored to Parks and Recreation customers
- βDevelop and execute comprehensive software implementation plans
- βConsult with customers to identify inefficient processes and recommend effective alternative solutions
- βBuild and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- βCreate and maintain documentation, including training materials and implementation plans
- βManage application delivery, including presentations and demonstrations throughout the implementation process
- βConduct discovery meetings and perform gap analyses on existing systems to identify needs and opportunities
- βCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- βConfigure software applications to align with customer business processes identified during discovery
- βMonitor project milestones, address roadblocks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- βFacilitate weekly meetings and provide regular, clear project updates to stakeholders
- βWork closely with project management and implementation teams to ensure configurations meet requirements
- βTrack and report all issues, errors, and enhancement requests during implementation to product development and management teams
- βDeliver training sessions to users and administrators, both remotely and in-person as needed
