About the Role
You will lead and manage the Momence engineering and product department, overseeing multiple teams and guiding the evolution of engineering practices toward agentic, AI-enabled delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze complex application and platform landscapes across SaaS, integrations, and ecosystem services
- →Identify and guide high-impact, non-trivial technology decisions with clear trade-offs and long-term implications
- →Define technology roadmaps and contribute to business case development aligned to product and growth strategy
- →Review vendor proposals and oversee in-flight technical work to ensure quality, scalability, and value realization
- →Provide oversight for delivery execution, engineering quality, and architectural integrity
- →Continuously optimize engineering and delivery practices, including modern, AI-enabled and agentic workflows
- →Advise and mentor internal leaders and teams on core technical concepts, frameworks, and emerging practices
- →Build and leverage a strong network across the Xplor engineering community to share knowledge and accelerate outcomes
