About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Xsolla, a global commerce company focused on the video game industry. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closing positions
- →Serve as the point of contact with hiring managers to ensure requirements are met
- →Coordinate interview arrangements and pre-screen applicants
- →Craft and update job descriptions based on hiring manager needs
- →Maintain all applicant paperwork and ensure compliance with recruitment processes
- →Perform background and reference checks when required
- →Extend job offers and arrange document compilation
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HRM, or Psychology
- ✓1-5 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the IT industry
- ✓Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- ✓Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- ✓Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
