About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and develop the Quest Platform, a major company initiative that consolidates all quest-related functionality across Xsolla products. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and cross-product teams to create engaging quest experiences and ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Quest Platform
- →Create and manage new quests within the platform, acting as its primary advocate
- →Oversee quest UI implementation
- →Define and track key product metrics (engagement, completion rates, retention impact)
- →Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration with Web Shop, Xsolla Player, Cloud Gaming, and future products
- →Continuously optimize quest experiences based on data and user feedback
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a Product Manager working on engagement, gamification, or loyalty products
- ✓Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems (mobile, PC, console)
- ✓Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies
- ✓Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs
