About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Xsolla's Advertising & Rewards division. This role involves collaborating with various teams to use data-driven insights to inform the design and optimization of B2C apps/websites. The Senior Data Analyst will lead the design and execution of multivariate AB tests, analytics schema, and dashboards/reports, generating recommendations that influence our roadmap and drive product and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

→Own data analysis for Xsolla's new B2C apps and websites, generating insights that optimize how we reward and engage users.
→Conduct descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analysis, including product funnel mapping, user cohort analysis, and behavioral data modeling.
→Define KPIs for the product and build automated dashboards, reports, and models that enable smarter, faster decision-making.
→Design, orchestrate, and analyze multivariate product experiments to drive growth and test new areas of opportunity.
→Apply advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, to uncover player insights and support monetization strategies.
→Collaborate with data, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to build business cases and forecasts.

Requirements

✓BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
✓5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within games or other consumer-facing apps.
✓Fluency in SQL with demonstrated ability to work with complex datasets.
✓Strong proficiency with Statsig or comparable A/B testing platforms.
✓Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or other BI/data visualization tools.
✓Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms.
✓Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
