About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer to join our team at Xsolla. This role focuses on designing AI-assisted user experiences, monetization flows, and communication materials for video game industry solutions. You will work at the intersection of design, AI workflows, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and prototype AI-assisted product solutions including agents, copilots, and automation tools
- →Build reusable prompt and workflow patterns documented as libraries and playbooks
- →Create UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- →Prepare partner-facing materials such as presentations, landing pages, and product explainers
- →Run discovery through interviews, journey mapping, and opportunity space analysis
- →Plan and conduct UX tests and experiments to validate design hypotheses
- →Design and iterate monetization flows for direct-to-consumer and in-app purchase scenarios
- →Translate monetization and growth ideas into concrete UX changes and prototypes
Requirements
- ✓5-7+ years of experience in product, growth, monetization, or UX design for web or hybrid products
- ✓Strong track record of designing and shipping D2C and F2P/in-app monetization experiences
- ✓Proven AI production experience including evaluating models, building workflow pipelines, and shipping automated solutions
- ✓Hands-on prototyping skills with Figma and ability to support interactive prototypes with Framer, React, HTML, or CSS
- ✓Research skills including discovery interviews, usability testing, surveys, and synthesizing insights
- ✓Analytics and experimentation experience framing hypotheses and interpreting A/B test results
- ✓Communication design ability to structure and visually support partner-facing materials
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- ✓Ability to align stakeholders around design solutions
