About the Role
Yoodli is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers maximize the value of our AI communication platform. You'll bridge product, sales, and engineering teams, guiding technical pre-sales conversations and crafting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide architecture reviews and craft solutions that showcase Yoodli's platform value
- →Support customers through onboarding and integrations
- →Tackle RFPs, security reviews, and support tickets
- →Become a trusted advocate for users, translating their needs into product insights
- →Build scalable processes to improve the customer experience
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation in a SaaS environment
- ✓Strong technical acumen with APIs, SSO, basic scripting (Python, JS), and debugging tools
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience working directly with enterprise customers and product/engineering teams
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
