About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our GTM team. You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering our Go-to-Market teams with data-driven insights that fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define KPIs and measure them for the GTM different groups (Marketing, Sales, and Partners) to track performance and drive strategic initiatives
- →Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to deliver actionable insights
- →Serve as an analytics focal point, working closely with a wide range of cross-functional teams
- →Identify and automate manual or repetitive processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across analytics workflows
Requirements
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategic insights
- ✓Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI (we use Tableau)
- ✓Proficiency in SQL
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓High level of independence and self-motivation
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- ✓Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst or similar role
- ✓BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
