Most companies choose between growing fast and growing efficiently. Zefir does both: 3x YoY revenue growth while simultaneously driving acquisition costs down. That's not a fluke. This role is a key reason why that engine keeps compounding.
As our Data Analyst, you'll be the single source of analytical truth for everything that drives revenue on the marketing side. You'll turn complex, multi-source data into the sharp insights that let us scale 3x again next year without burning more cash to get there.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
π GROWTH & BRAND ANALYTICS
- Directly contribute to Zefir's unique trajectory of scaling revenue while improving unit economics by surfacing the insights that shift budget allocation, and build the weekly reporting cadence that keeps growth accountable
- Play a key role in optimizing a multi-million euro acquisition budget: model channel interactions and saturation curves to identify diminishing-return channels early and reallocating spend toward compounding, high-efficiency loops
- Own and continuously improve Zefir's lead scoring model, the backbone of all acquisition optimization. Define the variables that predict conversion, back-test against actual data, detect drift, and iterate so the score stays sharp as the business grows
π¬ CHANNEL MIX & ATTRIBUTION MODELLING
- Develop attribution models that reflect the real customer journey: go beyond last-click to understand how channels interact, identify the highest-quality traffic sources, and quantify the true cost of a qualified lead across an increasingly multi-touch funnel
- Build the analytical layer that connects brand investment to performance outcomes: quantify how brand awareness campaigns influence downstream conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and lead quality
π‘ PERSONA & MARKET INTELLIGENCE
- Uncover non-obvious patterns per persona : dig into how different seller and buyer profiles convert differently and identify how our current funnel should evolve towards maximum personalization to boost conversion on specific segments
- Feed actionable cohort and segmentation insights back to CRM and Growth Ops teams so they can sharpen targeting, timing, and personalization in their own workflows
- Build market intelligence loops: monitor real estate market signals and trends and surface insights that sharpen Zefir's messaging and positioning strategy
π§ TRACKING, ETL & DATA QUALITY
- At Zefir, everyone touches data: your job isn't to be the only one who reads dashboards, it's to make sure the dashboards are worth reading by keeping the underlying definitions airtight and the data pipelines reliable
- Own the marketing tracking infrastructure: implement, audit, and maintain event tracking across website, CRM, and ad platforms (GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, Customer.io [Upgrade to PRO to see link] ensuring every critical user interaction is captured accurately and consistently
- Build and maintain clean & robust data pipelines: design ETL workflows that consolidate data from acquisition platforms, CRM, product analytics, and internal tools into a single source of truth
π€ AI-POWERED AUTOMATION & REPORTING
- Leverage AI to eliminate repetitive analytical work and free up time for high-impact thinking. You won't just use AI as a buzzword: you'll ship concrete automations that make the team faster and sharper every week
- Eg. automated reporting that deliver ready-to-act insights without manual intervention, automated creative tagging (classifying hundreds of ad variants by visual and copy attributes without manual labelling), auto-detection of data quality issues, or smart alert systems that surface early signals of performance shifts before anyone has to ask
π WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
TRACK RECORD
- 5-7 years in Data Analytics within a high-growth tech environment
- You've operated in a context where speed matters as much as precision, and you know how to calibrate both, ideally in a Series AβC startup
BUSINESS-FOCUSED & IMPACT-DRIVEN
- You understand how marketing data connects to revenue, and you prioritize work based on business impact, not technical elegance
- You're comfortable challenging assumptions and love to be at the heart of the reactor, directly influencing revenue outcomes through concrete, data-driven recommendations
- Builder mindset & ****autonomy ****: You thrive where the playbook doesn't exist yet: you ship fast, iterate, and don't wait for perfect data to start generating value and youβre not afraid to be hands-on.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep SQL & data modeling fluency. Python is a plus.
- Experience with Fivetran, dbt, Airflow or equivalent transformation tools.
- Hands-on experience implementing and debugging tracking setups across GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixel-based tracking, cookies, server-side APIs (e.g. CAPI), and CRM event tracking
- AI-curious & automation-oriented : Hands-on experience leveraging AI and low-code tools to accelerate your own workflows: LLMs for data exploration, automated QA checks, lightweight internal tools
