About the Role
Zefir is Europe's fastest-growing AI Real Estate Marketplace seeking a Product Manager to help build the foundations of their platform for partner agents. You'll own a strategic scope focused on agent onboarding, conversion, scoring systems, and productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define vision and strategy aligned with user needs and business outcomes
- →Drive discovery and user insights using mixed methods
- →Own delivery and execution from idea to launch and iteration
- →Shape data culture and experimentation by defining success metrics
- →Collaborate across disciplines including operations, growth, sales and leadership
Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in product management
- ✓Exceptional product sense with ability to spot leverage points
- ✓Strong technical acumen with regular SQL use
- ✓Experience shipping successful AI-based features
- ✓Quantitative and iterative mindset with strong experimentation skills
- ✓Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- ✓Autonomy and proactivity in ambiguous situations
- ✓Fluency in English
