About the Role

We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our team at Zeta, a network of elementary and middle schools in New York City. This role focuses on managing employee lifecycle processes, analyzing teacher data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and superior employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

→Collaborate with a team of fast-paced, goal-driven strategists to improve systems
→Collect, manage, and analyze teacher data to support school management and progress towards goals
→Oversee key employee lifecycle processes, ensuring clear communication, compliance, and accuracy
→Manage partnerships with external vendors to ensure high-quality support
→Equip School Leaders with tools and resources for people-related policies and compliance
→Provide data transparency for hiring and state reporting compliance
→Partner with various teams to implement People Operations policies and procedures
→Design and implement scalable approaches to employee communication, education, and engagement
→Maintain and support evaluation metrics to measure standards and refine processes
→Support team in a lean scale-up environment, taking on new projects as needed

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s Degree
✓3-7+ years of work experience
✓Proven track record in project management, stakeholder management, and data analysis
✓Experience managing detailed data tracking and compliance workflows
✓Strong communication skills with key stakeholders
✓Systems-oriented approach
