About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager, Creative Services to join our team at Zeta, an organization dedicated to providing world-class education in New York City. This role involves managing creative projects and production workflows in marketing and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the day-to-day execution of creative, marketing, and communications projects
- →Maintain detailed project plans in Asana
- →Track project status and proactively flag risks or delays
- →Coordinate logistics and communication across internal teams and external vendors
- →Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for production and status meetings
- →Manage asset organization, documentation, and file hygiene
- →Support vendor coordination by sourcing quotes and tracking estimates
- →Assist with the trafficking and handoff of creative assets across channels
- →Execute established workflows and processes
- →Support the work of others on the team and take on new projects as needed
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree
- ✓At least 2 years of experience managing creative projects and production workflows
- ✓Deep experience using Asana
- ✓Strong background in marketing, communications, or related fields
