THE ROLE Zeta is seeking a Data Cloud Solutions Consultant (Healthcare SME) to join our growing Data Cloud division. This role is critical in driving new business development and shaping healthcare-specific solutions powered by Zeta’s proprietary data assets. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare, partnering closely with healthcare strategy team, sales, client services, and product teams to design, build, and present data-driven solutions to Director and C-level stakeholders. This role spans the full lifecycle—from use case development and collateral creation to demo design and execution—bringing solutions to life for prospects and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES • Healthcare SME & Solution Development • Work alongside the Heatlhcare Strategy Team and Act as the Healthcare vertical DC SME, developing industry-specific use cases, narratives, and go-to-market strategies • Create and maintain collateral, case studies, and solution frameworks tailored to healthcare clients • Translate complex healthcare data challenges into actionable, scalable solutions • Solution Design & Demo Execution • Design and build end-to-end demo environments showcasing Zeta’s Data Cloud and ZMP capabilities • Lead custom solution development, from ideation through execution and client presentation • Deliver compelling platform demos and solution walkthroughs to prospects and clients • Sales Enablement & Business Development • Partner with sales teams to scope, pitch, and close new business opportunities • Support both pre-sales and post-sales solutioning, ensuring alignment with client needs • Develop client-specific business cases using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with Healthcare Strategy Team, product, analytics, and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies • Support training, onboarding, and internal enablement for Data Cloud capabilities • Collaborate on PR, thought leadership, and vertical positioning in healthcare • Execution & Delivery • Manage and track Data Cloud-supported pipeline and deliverables • Oversee project management of solution outputs (audiences, insights, reporting) • Ensure high-quality, client-ready outputs across all engagements IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE • Healthcare industry expertise with experience in data, marketing, or analytics-driven environments • Background working with companies such as PurpleLab, IQVIA, Crossix, or similar healthcare data/analytics organizations • Proven ability to design and deliver data-driven solutions and demos • Strong blend of technical, analytical, and storytelling skills • Comfortable engaging with and presenting to Director and C-level stakeholders ROLE REQUIREMENTS • 4–7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or data-driven marketing/analytics • Experience in healthcare data, identity, or audience solutions strongly preferred • Deep understanding of data strategy, audience segmentation, and analytics • Experience building client-ready collateral, use cases, and case studies • Strong presentation and demo skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts • Experience with data platforms, CDPs, or marketing technology (ZMP a plus) • Understanding pharma expert determination, measurement (AQ/TM, Dx Reach, NRx/NBRx, etc.), healthcare promotion laws at a high level, etc. BENEFITS & PERKS • Unlimited PTO • Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage • Employee Equity • Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!! SALARY RANGE The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $150,000 depending on location and experience.
