Engineering Manager, Product at Zip

About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Zip, a purpose-built procurement platform that helps enterprises manage their spending. This is an opportunity to shape the technical vision for a new product module that will be a core revenue driver for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• →Build and manage a team of 10-15 engineers, scaling to 50+ as the product grows
• →Design and implement processes to help the team scale and be productive
• →Provide hands-on technical leadership on architecture, design, code reviews, quality assurance, and incident management
• →Ensure enterprise-grade correctness, resiliency, availability, and scalability
• →Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other engineering counterparts to set the team's directions and define the roadmap
• →Explore AI automated features and intelligent workflows that elevate the end-to-end user experience
• →Own and drive execution toward clear objectives with measurable key results
• →Promote a strong culture of engineering excellence and customer focus
