We are looking for a Software Engineer to join the Developer Platform team at Zip. This role involves designing and building scalable architecture, tooling, and processes to enable engineers to ship enterprise-quality software with high velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead initiatives to ensure new features are performant and reliable
- →Accelerate software development by driving adoption of AI-driven tools
- →Drive velocity and productivity by diagnosing and removing friction in development processes
- →Lift product quality by analyzing legacy patterns and building new frameworks

Requirements
- ✓4+ years of software engineering experience
- ✓BS or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
- ✓Experience with modern CI tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Buildkite, Jenkins, and Docker
- ✓Attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset
- ✓Ability to diagnose obstacles, debug friction, and drive velocity
