Join Zip's Engineering recruiting team to build the foundation of our company. As an Engineering Sourcer, you will identify, engage, and screen candidates, focusing on quality and results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and attract Software Engineering candidates
- →Source a large pipeline of high-quality candidates for evergreen or high priority roles
- →Engage exceptional technical candidates and manage the interviewing and hiring processes
- →Partner with Zip’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- →Partner with cross-functional team members to land successful candidates
- →Track recruiting metrics and performance to improve Zip's recruiting processes
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of engineering sourcing experience
- ✓Ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leadership
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and strive for excellence
- ✓Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- ✓Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior leadership
