About the Role
ZipRecruiter is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join their team. This role focuses on executing operational policy adherence and providing support to internal teams to drive revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage sales team requests and resolve commission disputes
- →Collect and organize information to implement new policies and processes
- →Communicate and present recommended business process improvements
- →Audit sales and service transactions to ensure proper commission amounts
- →Interpret complex rules of engagement to resolve disputes
- →Document and communicate when interactions fall below company standards
- →Educate the Sales team on current processes and collect feedback
- →Create, update, and publish process documentation for sales
- →Participate in projects to improve efficiency and revenue generation
- →Make recommendations on rules of engagement adjustments
- →Provide additional support to improve employee utilization and performance
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
- ✓Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Basic knowledge of Google Suite products and/or MS Office Suite
