About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Motion and Video Editor to join ZOE’s creative team. This hands-on editing role focuses on creating high-performing paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You’ll be responsible for producing multiple variants per week, iterating quickly based on performance data, and improving how our ads hook, engage, and convert.
Key Responsibilities

- →Partner with creators to improve raw content quality and remix content into authentic ads
- →Adapt edits for different platforms, optimizing for speed, scalability, and performance

Requirements
- ✓Portfolio showing paid social video with multiple variants and clear performance thinking
- ✓Extensive experience producing high-performing paid social ads, specifically within the UGC space
- ✓Expert-level skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI-assisted video production tools
- ✓Ability to work at speed and deliver quality quickly
- ✓Creative mind and storytelling skills to turn raw UGC into engaging stories
- ✓Tuned into culture and social trends with a sharp instinct for what works on social
