About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join ZOE's Growth tribe, a revenue-driven team focused on acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and referrals. This role is pivotal to ZOE’s growth and sits at the intersection of revenue impact, member trust, behavior change, and rapid experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and optimize key journeys across web surfaces and membership experiences
- →Shape how people discover ZOE products, understand their value, and become members
- →Run rapid build–measure–learn loops with frequent experiments and fast iteration
- →Design high-clarity, high-trust entry points for acquisition and activation
- →Optimize pricing, plans, checkout, and membership management for conversion
- →Improve engagement, referral mechanics, and reactivation journeys for retention
- →Elevate communication of evidence, expectations, and value to enhance trust
- →Own and improve the web design system to increase experiment velocity
Requirements
- ✓7+ years designing digital products in product-led teams (B2C preferred)
- ✓Experience working in growth, experimentation, or revenue-focused environments
- ✓Strong UX thinking combined with high-quality UI craft
- ✓Experience designing for web-based journeys and conversion funnels
- ✓Experience shaping or contributing to Design Systems
- ✓Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and measurable impact
- ✓Ability to think in systems and journeys, not just screens
- ✓Comfort with designing with metrics in mind
- ✓Understanding of trade-offs between short-term optimization and long-term trust
- ✓Ability to work in ambiguity and shape clarity
- ✓Collaborative, pragmatic, and outcome-focused approach
- ✓Clear communication skills with a member-first mindset
- ✓Commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and ethical design
