About the Role
You'll join ZOE's Product team, which sets product direction across the company. You'll define problems, make trade-offs, and work closely with partners across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Nutrition Science, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the roadmap for subscription management and retention journeys
- →Turn complex biological testing and subscription concepts into frictionless experiences
- →Act as the bridge between Commercial goals and Engineering execution
- →Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify friction points in billing or account lifecycle
- →Serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Legal, and Ops
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Product Management, with a specific focus on Commerce, Payments, Platform, or Subscription-based products
- ✓Deep understanding of back-end logic and API-driven workflows
- ✓Comfortable discussing webhooks, payment failure logic, and database states with engineers
- ✓Value clarity over speed, taking pride in detailed documentation
- ✓Enjoy untangling billing migrations, multi-product discounting, or global currency logic
- ✓Exceptional at bringing together stakeholders from Finance to Science
