About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director to build and scale Paid Media at ZoomInfo. This leader will take our strong B2B foundation and elevate it with a consumer-grade growth mindset inclusive of rapid experimentation, creative rigor, audience-first activation, and operational excellence.
This is a builder role. You will establish the operating system for how paid channels run, drive significantly higher testing velocity, and transform how we execute performance marketing in a modern, iterative, high-output way.

Own all paid channels:

Apply a B2C growth lens:
β’ High-volume creative testing
β’ Micro-segmented audiences
β’ Fast, iterative experimentation
β’ Continuous message and offer variation
β’ Manage multi-million-dollar budgets with discipline while enabling smart, rapid testing
β’ Build channel playbooks and standards that raise execution quality across the organization
2. Experimentation & Testing Velocity
Build a central experimentation engine for Paid Media
Define clear processes for:
β’ Hypothesis creation
β’ Test design
β’ QA & launch
β’ Rapid measurement
β’ Scale-or-kill decisions
β’ Increase testing velocity across creative, landing pages, audiences, offers, and channels
β’ Reduce friction by introducing templates, modular workflows, and streamlined approvals
β’ Champion the use of GenAI (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, and other emerging tools) to transform paid media executionβenabling personalization at scale, rapid creative iteration, and AI-augmented decision-making.
β’ Pioneer new AI-driven strategies across targeting, messaging, platform management, and optimization to increase velocity, efficiency, and channel performance.
3. Paid Media Frameworks
Create and maintain the operating model for paid media execution:
β’ Campaign templates
β’ QA checklists
β’ Naming/taxonomy standards
β’ Routing & setup guidelines
β’ Bring consistency and quality across segments, regions, and teams
β’ Lead enablement for channel managers; equip them with the tools to execute with βconsumer-gradeβ speed and quality
What You Bring
β’ 8β12+ years in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Acquisition
β’ Proven ability to build high-velocity testing systems and drive rapid experimentation
β’ Deep channel mastery with a creative sensibility and performance mindset
β’ Experience building frameworks, processes, and centralized standards
β’ Experience across both B2B and B2C environments strongly preferred
Comfort leading in fast-paced, dynamic environments and influencing cross-functional partners
