About the Role
ZoomInfo is looking for an experienced Integration Support Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer success and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide day-to-day support for customers, including incident management and workflow recommendations
- →Triage and manage escalations to engineering teams
- →Document best practices and useful information for customers
- →Serve as the voice of the customer by capturing and conveying feedback internally
- →Learn third-party products and their integrations to guide customers
- →Identify renewal risks and up-sell opportunities
- →Collaborate with internal teams to remediate issues
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of work experience in a SaaS organization
- ✓Adaptable to night shifts (EST / PST)
- ✓Technical CRM, MAT, or Sales Acceleration platform experience
- ✓Certification with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- ✓Experience with SOQL and troubleshooting Salesforce Managed Packages
- ✓Familiarity with troubleshooting or interacting with APIs
- ✓Prior experience with DataDog, Jira, and Snowflake
- ✓Prior experience with video conferencing applications
- ✓Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- ✓Strong attention to detail and self-directed problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Excellent customer service skills
- ✓Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- ✓Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and document customer issues
- ✓Desire and aptitude to learn technical infrastructure
- ✓Positive attitude
