About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack engineer to join the Talent Solutions team at ZoomInfo in Austin, Texas. This role involves building the next-gen ZoomInfo Talent app using modern AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and ship new features for the next-gen ZoomInfo Talent app while improving existing functionality, performance, and reliability.
- →Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality and maintainability.
- →Lead delivery of customer-facing features end-to-end, from problem framing to technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration.
- →Drive technical design decisions and make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, quality, and maintainability.
- →Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to understand business goals and deliver impact.
- →Raise the bar for engineering excellence through strong code reviews, better testing practices, and improved developer workflows.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on software development experience building production web applications.
- ✓Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
- ✓Strong experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or similar).
- ✓Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).
- ✓Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal guidance.
- ✓Strong communication skills: you collaborate well, explain your reasoning clearly, and give and receive feedback effectively.
- ✓Product mindset: you care about user outcomes and iterate based on real-world feedback.
