About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Project Manager for our Own Brands Food team. This role focuses on building operational excellence and managing projects across commercial, product, and customer-centric domains.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects focused on Commercial, Product, and Customer-centric growth initiatives
- →Contribute to project plans and organizational tasks, ensuring deliverables are prepared on time and with quality
- →Assist in reporting, analysis, and presentation of project results to stakeholders
- →Support the launch and execution of Own Brand growth initiatives (e.g., campaign optimization, customer research measures, product improvements) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- →Gather and analyze data on campaign and project outcomes, providing actionable insights
- →Identify opportunities for improved processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration
- →Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions with stakeholders
- →Build strong relationships across departments and gradually expand responsibilities toward transversal project leadership
- →Bring own ideas to optimize marketing campaigns and contribute to the team’s growth mindset
