We are seeking an App Growth Marketing Manager to drive our app's growth across multiple channels in a dynamic matrix organization. This role focuses on strategic coordination rather than direct execution, emphasizing cross-functional leadership and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate app growth across channels (e.g., Paid, Organic) owned by marketing teams; provide horizontal leadership without direct authority in matrix structures.
- →Single Point of Contact between Business and Product: Collect and prioritize requests for product development.
- →Own measurement & reporting frameworks, including full ownership of MMP tool AppsFlyer with data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI tracking (e.g., CAC, LTV, Retention).
- →Build App Center of Excellence to develop expertise in functional areas for executing the Growth Plan.
- →Manage full App Marketing & Promo Budgets; lead commercial plan for UA, Retention/Engagement, and Web2App Migration.
