About the Role
We are looking for a Program Manager to join Zoox, a company building the future of transportation. This role will be responsible for program management of operations infrastructure deployment projects and supporting our autonomous navigation within deployed infrastructure sites.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establish standard reports to provide concise and effective communications to key stakeholders on operations infrastructure program status, issues/risks, and accomplishments
- →Represent infrastructure teams in the cross-functional process of enabling autonomous driving at Zoox locations
- →Consolidate all new sites, construction projects, and work tickets into one program for organized delivery and reporting of on-site driving
- →Bridge the gap between software, safety, product, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive site planning
- →Define a new infrastructure enablement process suited to scale for many sites in many cities
- →Build decision-making into new sites that accounts for operational costs, vehicle requirements, and software features
- →Ensure problems are transparent and risks are identified and proactively ensure that risk mitigating actions are ongoing within relevant cross-functional teams
- →Track the completion of important items for key decisions to be made at each meeting to eliminate bottlenecks and retire risks
Requirements
- ✓Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, environmental studies, or equivalent
- ✓5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience in a program management or management consulting role
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment to achieve business objectives
- ✓Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve
- ✓Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
- ✓Technical abilities around organizing and analyzing data, including expertise with using Jira, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite
