About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead Zoox's Information Security modernization roadmap. This role involves working cross-functionally with various engineering teams to execute a major architectural transformation in the autonomous driving space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive program strategy and execution by translating corporate security strategy into roadmap backlogs
- →Own stakeholder communication by maintaining metrics dashboards and drafting Board-level decks
- →Manage resources and financials by tracking headcount and budget
- →Facilitate clear decision-making by setting meeting agendas and eliminating bottlenecks
- →Develop and maintain program documentation including process flows and SLAs
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or security operations
- ✓Deep technical InfoSec expertise with knowledge of NIST and MITRE frameworks
- ✓Proven risk-averse program delivery across complex security environments
- ✓Agile fluency across Scrum and Kanban
- ✓Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence
