About the Role
We are looking for engineers who are passionate about managing data at scale. As a Software Core Data engineer, you will work across the entire data generation stack, from optimizing multi-threaded, on-vehicle C++ code that handles millions of messages each minute to analyzing petabytes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement data downsampling while preserving the business value
- →Develop features to simplify data tracking for legal and regulatory needs
- →Optimize performance of the existing framework to run efficiently on vehicle
- →Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and add missing framework features
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of professional experience in software development or related fields and BS in computer science or related field
- ✓Strong proficiency in C++ and Python
- ✓Experience with scalable data pipeline architecture
- ✓Experience with Linux and systems programming
