About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevX Engineer to join our Developer Experience (DevX) team at Zopa. This role focuses on architecting the future of how Zopa builds software, with a focus on migrating our infrastructure from Jenkins to GitHub Actions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect the Platform Evolution by designing templates and workflows for moving microservices onto GitHub Actions
- →Engage with stakeholders to identify friction points and write technical RFCs to solve them
- →Analyze DORA/DX metrics to prove that tools have increased delivery experience
- →Mentor mid-level and associate engineers through pairing and code reviews
- →Build internal CLI tools, automation providers, and self-service platforms
Requirements
- ✓Deep knowledge of Go or similar languages (Java, Kotlin, .Net)
- ✓Production-level experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins
- ✓Strong understanding of Kubernetes and AWS (including Lambdas)
- ✓Experience with measuring success based on quantitate and qualitative metrics
- ✓Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and writing clear documentation
