About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our AI tribe at Zopa. This role focuses on improving how transaction data is enriched, structured, and trusted, while raising the bar for experimentation and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- →Explore the current enrichment pipeline to understand how it works and where it fails
- →Form hypotheses about where accuracy is breaking down
- →Write code (SQL and/or Python) to analyze performance and identify systematic gaps
- →Build quick prototypes or enrichment experiments to test alternative approaches
- →Run structured evaluations and communicate trade-offs clearly
- →Work closely with Product and Engineering to embed improvements
- →Use AI and LLM tools for exploration, pattern detection, and prototyping
- →Continuously look for deeper patterns and structural improvements
Requirements
- ✓You are naturally curious and want to understand messy or imperfect data
- ✓You’re curious about modern AI and LLM tools and have experimented with them
- ✓You’re comfortable being given a broad problem and figuring out how to structure it
- ✓You enjoy forming hypotheses, writing code to test them, and interrogating results
- ✓You have strong SQL skills and experience using Python for exploratory analysis
- ✓You’ve worked in a data-led, fast-paced environment
- ✓You communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- ✓You’re collaborative but independent
- ✓This hybrid role requires you to come to our London office 2-3 days a week. You'll also have the option of working from abroad for up to 120 days a year.
