About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Current Account tribe at Zopa. This role involves developing a detailed understanding of customers and how they use the Zopa Current Account, guiding product development towards solutions that improve outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and others to deliver trusted insights that inform decisions and improve the Current Account product
- →Design and evaluate statistically rigorous experiments to support rapid iterative product development
- →Perform new analyses daily to answer open-ended questions and guide product strategy
- →Define metrics for product performance, user experience quality, and progress towards key results
- →Own your analytics domain, proactively identifying opportunities for further analysis
- →Experiment with LLM-enabled analytics to generate data and insights from natural language questions
Requirements
- ✓3+ years’ experience in an analytical role with strong data manipulation skills in SQL and/or Python
- ✓Experience working in a fast-paced environment like fintech, start-up, or consulting
- ✓Ability to thrive in an environment with unstructured, open-ended problems
- ✓Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Self-starter with a bias to action who is excited about building innovative banking products
