About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support our field sales team at Channel Corporation. This role focuses on providing comprehensive support to ensure our sales team can focus on customer value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide comprehensive support for all sales activities
- →Assist with creating various documents including proposals, quotes, and contracts
- →Input and manage data in CRM/SFA tools like Salesforce
- →Compile sales performance data and create reports
- →Handle initial customer communication via phone and email
- →Perform various administrative tasks related to sales operations
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in administrative or sales assistant roles
- ✓Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ✓Strong communication skills both internally and externally
- ✓Experience in B2B business administration
- ✓Experience with CRM/SFA tools like Salesforce
- ✓Experience working in a startup environment
