About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager, Business Transformation to join our People and Culture (P&C) department at Zscaler, a global leader in zero trust security. This role will play a critical part in driving global business transformation initiatives and high-priority strategic efforts, ensuring adherence to QA frameworks and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

→Work with several departments and functional leaders at the highest levels of the organization to detail current processes, develop new processes, and lead transformative projects aimed at achieving strategic and financial goals
→Understand the current P&C landscape versus the strategic direction of the organization to support requirement definition, business design, usability design, and end-user testing

Requirements

✓8+ years of program management experience driving global change and HR transformation
✓Demonstrated experience applying in-depth knowledge of HR operations
✓Ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply analytical tools to develop solutions, and prioritize risks
✓Experience enforcing QA methodologies and ensuring governance adherence as part of broader transformation initiatives
✓Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic outcomes across global teams
