About the Role
We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join our Corporate Operations team at Zuora. This role focuses on deploying and fine-tuning AI solutions to improve internal workflows and enhance employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deploy AI-powered tools and fine-tune AI solutions to embed intelligence into everyday workflows
- →Build and optimize AI agents using agent builder frameworks
- →Improve internal workflows by identifying high-impact opportunities for AI automation
- →Integrate systems and data by connecting AI platforms with internal tools and data sources
- →Enable and support users by creating documentation and conducting training sessions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning or a related field
- ✓Foundational understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, especially large language models
- ✓Experience with AI-powered platforms or APIs
- ✓Scripting and integration skills with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and collaboration skills
