About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive ZURU’s growth at Target by securing maximum shelf space and strengthening relationships with buying teams. This role is responsible for executing Joint Business Plans and delivering financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop relationships, joint business plans, and maintain regular contact with leaders and buyers at Target
- →Drive long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth across ZURU and Target KPIs
- →Execute distribution, feature, display, and marketing activation to maximize ZURU brand visibility in store and online
- →Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and product launches
- →Ensure ZURU captures share of shelf versus competitors
- →Manage buyer relationships across 5 departments at Target
- →Utilize Target’s Partners Online (POL) as needed
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of professional account management or consumer sales experience
- ✓Experience working with Target or managing Target relationships
- ✓Strong commercial and business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- ✓US work permit required
