About the Role We are looking for an Account Manager to drive Tier-1 vendor or SI empanelment in US IT Staffing. This role focuses on securing exclusive accounts for Java developer requirements. Key Responsibilities • Secure empanelment with Tier-1 vendors or System Integrators • Exclusively own accounts for all incoming Java requirements • Build a recurring book of business backed by a local talent pipeline Requirements • Relationships to open Tier-1 vendor doors • Understanding of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market • Ability to drive empanelment and manage accounts Benefits • Up to 30% recurring margin on the net profit for every placement executed on your account
