About the Role Spruce Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Active Directory Architect for a 12-month remote contract opportunity. This role requires expertise in enterprise AD architecture, identity management, and security. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement Active Directory architecture and engineering solutions • Manage Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID integration and federation • Configure and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) • Implement and support Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) • Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions • Configure and troubleshoot AAD/Entra Connect & Federation • Implement Kerberos, LDAP, DNS & Authentication protocols • Manage AD Replication & Domain Controller infrastructure • Develop and maintain Windows Server & Enterprise Infrastructure • Create and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts • Implement AD Security, Vulnerability Mitigation & Recovery strategies Requirements • 15+ years of hands-on experience managing Windows Server and Active Directory environments • Strong experience in enterprise AD architecture, identity management, security, and troubleshooting • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
