About the Role We are seeking an experienced AEM Architect to join our team. This role requires extensive expertise in Adobe Experience Manager architecture and development. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement AEM architecture solutions • Lead development of AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service • Integrate AEM with enterprise applications and third-party platforms • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Requirements • 10+ years of overall IT experience with substantial AEM experience • Strong expertise in AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service • Extensive experience with AEM architecture, Sling, Apache Jackrabbit Oak, OSGi, JCR, and Dispatcher • Strong programming skills in Java and enterprise application development • Hands-on experience with HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs • Expertise in AEM templates, components, workflows, services, content modeling, and repository design • Knowledge of cloud architecture, scalability, caching, security, and performance optimization • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Git, automated testing, and deployment processes • Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and enterprise application development • Excellent communication, technical documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
