About the Role Metapercept Technology Services LLP is looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join their team. This role focuses on developing, customizing, and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Key Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Build AEM components, templates, workflows, and content fragments • Work with AEM Sites, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and HTL • Integrate AEM with third-party systems and REST APIs • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and other technical teams • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and HTL • Experience developing custom AEM components and templates • Knowledge of AEM workflows, content management, and dispatcher configuration • Familiarity with REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools is an advantage • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
