About the Role We are looking for an AEM Developer to join our team focused on building impactful digital experiences for higher education. This role involves designing and optimizing scalable, high-performance, and accessible digital solutions for student portals. Key Responsibilities • Design and build scalable solutions on AEM as a Cloud Service - Sites, Assets, Forms • Develop reusable components, templates, and workflows using HTL, Java, OSGi, Sling Models, React • Manage CI/CD via Cloud Manager, code reviews, and deployments in immutable environments • Optimize performance - Dispatcher, caching, CDN, and Core Web Vitals for high-traffic periods • Integrate AEM with enterprise systems via MuleSoft • Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA / Section 508, security, and compliance • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and mentor junior developers Requirements • 4+ years of AEM development, with 1-2 years on AEMaaCS • Strong in Java, HTL, Sling, CRX/DE, HTML/CSS/JS, React • Experience with Cloud Manager, Git, REST APIs, Dispatcher • Excellent communication and documentation skills Preferred • Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Sites Developer • Higher Ed / Student Portal experience • MuleSoft • Adobe Analytics / Target
