About the Role We are looking for an AEM Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining AEM components and solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services • Build reusable and scalable content management solutions utilizing AEM best practices • Develop and maintain Sling Models, OSGi services, servlets, and custom workflows • Implement front-end integrations using HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and React/Angular frameworks • Create and manage Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions • Integrate AEM with external systems through REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services • Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher, caching, and content replication • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and release activities • Collaborate with UX, business stakeholders, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Support production deployments, performance optimization, and issue resolution Requirements • Experience with AEM development and best practices • Strong understanding of Sling Models, OSGi services, and custom workflows • Proficiency in HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and React/Angular frameworks • Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations • Experience with Dispatcher, caching, and content replication • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and team collaboration • Ability to support production deployments and resolve issues
