About the Role We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires strong expertise in AEM development, architecture, customization, and implementation. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services • Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, and Apache Felix • Expertise in HTL (Sightly), JCR, Oak, and CRXDE • Experience with AEM Forms, Assets, Sites, and Content Fragments • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integrations • Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React • Work with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, Jenkins, Git, and Cloud Manager • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams • Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure application scalability Requirements • 12+ years of overall IT experience • Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Excellent Java development and problem-solving skills • Experience in AEM architecture and end-to-end implementations • Strong communication and client-facing skills
