About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Developer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager component development and React integration. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain custom AEM components and templates • Integrate AI models or services into AEM workflows • Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and AIML teams • Develop scalable and reusable AEM components using HTL, Sling Models, and JCR • Configure and manage AEM assets, workflows, and DAM integrations • Optimize AEM performance including caching, indexing, and publishing • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues • Ensure compliance with secure coding practices, accessibility, and brand standards Requirements • 8+ years of hands-on experience • Strong understanding of AEM architecture including Sites, Assets, Sling, OSGi, and Dispatcher • Proven experience in integrating AIML services into AEM environments • Strong experience in React Development • Good understanding of RESTful APIs and external service integrations • Excellent problem-solving skills • Experience working in Microsoft ecosystems or with Microsoft integrated environments
