About the Role We are looking for an experienced AEM Full Stack Developer to join Future Focus Infotech for a 6-month contract position. This role involves working on Adobe Experience Manager solutions, including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service, with a focus on migration and modernization efforts. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service • Lead AEM modernization and migration efforts from AEM 6.5 to AEM as a Cloud Service • Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services and REST APIs used by marketing technology platforms • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Build modern frontend experiences using React and TypeScript • Ensure performance, scalability, security, and production readiness of applications • Work with databases, APIs, and integrations to support enterprise marketing workflows • Contribute to architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and technical decision-making • Support AI-enabled product initiatives, including LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and integration with external AI services Requirements • 7–15 years of experience in software engineering • Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM 6.5 and AEM as a Cloud Service • Experience with AEM migration and cloud modernization • Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot • Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and enterprise integrations • Proficiency in React and TypeScript • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Experience with JPA/Hibernate and data modeling • Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and deliver production-ready solutions
